ShaKeia Kegler

Programs Manager

ShaKeia Kegler-Gray is a Program Manager, entrepreneur, and U.S. Navy veteran dedicated to breaking barriers for underrepresented founders. As Program Manager at Black Ambition, she develops and leads initiatives that help Black and Hispanic entrepreneurs secure funding, build sustainable businesses, and scale their ventures.

Before joining Black Ambition, ShaKeia founded GovLia, where she helped diverse businesses access $1.2 million in corporate and government contracts. With firsthand experience navigating entrepreneurial challenges, she has built partnerships with government agencies and Fortune 500 companies to break down the systemic barriers diverse entrepreneurs face, ShaKeia has worked to build pathways to access, forging partnerships with industry leaders and decision- makers.

A U.S. Navy veteran, ShaKeia’s background in operations, compliance, and strategy has shaped her ability to lead transformative programs. She is currently pursuing a Juris Masters in Legal Risk Management from Florida State University College of Law (Expected 2026), holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from American Military University, and is an executive studies Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth alumni.
