With more than two decades of experience as a founder and operator, Justin brings deep expertise in scaling early-stage companies, executing digital transformations, and embedding AI into financial systems to unlock efficiency and profitability.
Justin plays a pivotal role in advising B2B tech-forward startups and nonprofit organizations on go-to-market strategy, capital modeling, and ESG-aligned innovation. As the Co-Founder and CEO of ConStrat AI, he leads efforts to streamline fragmented data systems in construction, helping contractors gain real-time cash flow insights and access to credit. He also co-founded Livegistics, a national logistics platform that modernizes construction material management and is used by Fortune 500 companies across 20+ states. Under his leadership, Livegistics won the inaugural $1M Black Ambition Grand Prize in 2021.
