A self-proclaimed Jill of all trades, Amanda finds comfort living in the details and surfacing to communicate strategy and coordinate meetings between stakeholders. After a sweet start as a Category Strategist intern at the Hershey company, Amanda continues to use her quantitative and qualitative analysis skills to uncover data insights and manage client relationships. For the last ten years, she has worked predominantly in the technology space – specifically in SaaS and e-commerce environments.
Leading client success teams, developing strategies for partner retention, fostering authentic relationships, coordinating accounts, and being a go-to manager for solving problems are just some of the skills she has sharpened over time. From helping startups manage their user experience on the backend of custom CMS platforms to flighting ad campaigns for some of the largest cannabis brands and dispensaries in the U.S., Amanda knows how to solve problems while keeping folks smiling.
More recently, Amanda has worked to contribute to economic development in her home state as an Innovation Program Manager running accelerators at a nonprofit entrepreneurial support organization. After defending her graduation thesis at the Sam Walton College of Business in 2014, which highlighted the rise of minority and multicultural consumers and the need for a total marketing approach that reflects the experiences of minority buyers, Amanda now looks forward to contributing to the growth and success of Black and Hispanic businesses nearly a decade later as the Program Manager at Black Ambition.
