So Ambitious Global Founder Events

Entrepreneurs are like Olympic athletes, training every day to perform at the highest level. In Paris, Black Ambition hosted a series of transformative events, beginning with the LVMH Reception at the Olympic Pavilion during the 2024 Paris Olympics. U.S. founders and Paris Prize finalists connected with Olympic gold medalist Marie-José Pérec and Maire Rosa Barvaday, founder of ECOMSPACES.

At the Global So Ambitious Dinner at the Louis Vuitton Family Residence, founders, funders, and corporate leaders gathered for powerful discussions on closing the wealth gap, featuring Pharrell Williams and Dalila Wilson Scott (Comcast). The event fostered new partnerships and provided invaluable networking opportunities.

The Paris Prize Learning Labs followed, where 50 entrepreneurs engaged in sessions on fundraising and marketing. The series of events concluded with the Paris Prize Competition Demo Day, awarding $200K to top entrepreneurs:

    • 1st Place ($100K):

Broke and Abroad, founded by Mariam N’diaye

    • 2nd Place ($75K):

Elikya Beauty, founded by Sabrina Mvuala

    • 3rd Place ($25K):

Cauri Money, founded by Lamine Tall

These events unlocked new mentorship and partnership opportunities, building a global network of founders shaping a more equitable future.
