The 2025 Black Ambition Prize Finalists are here! Guided by our mission to unlock access, fuel ambition, and close the racial wealth and opportunity gaps, these entrepreneurs represent the next wave of transformative leadership.

Our journey began in February with thousands of bold applicants. From this inspiring pool, 177 Semifinalists advanced to take part in the Black Ambitionist Semifinalist Program, powered by Cinematica Labs. Over the course of 3 transformative months, they gained access to tailored mentorship, immersive training, and powerful networks that will continue to shape their entrepreneurial journeys. Semifinalists also received well-being support from Evók Life, exclusive access to curated events and funding opportunities, and an invitation to join the Black Ambition Community Platform, a growing hub for connection, collaboration, and long-term growth.

Now, 40 trailblazing Finalists step into the spotlight. These entrepreneurs represent the very best of innovation, perseverance, and ambition—and they are one step closer to competing for more than $1M of growth capital.

Each finalist will receive:

• The Opportunity to Participate in the $25k Public Voting Competition  – Finalists will also compete for the community’s support through public voting, with the chance to secure additional funding and visibility.
• Personalized Pitch Coaching – Select finalists will receive 1:1 and small group guidance to sharpen their business pitch and presentation skills.

• Access to Exclusive Learning Labs with Cooley LLP – Covering fundraising, SAFE agreements, trademarks, contracts, IP protection, patents, and more.
• A Shot at up to $100K Prize Awards – Select finalists will be showcased at Black Ambition’s annual Demo Day celebration.
